Gifting FAQ
Yes — every order can include a handwritten card composed by our in-house calligrapher. You can type your message at checkout, or use our Gift Message Composer above to find the right words. Cards are written on heavy cotton stock and placed inside the box.
Hot-stamped monogramming adds 3 – 5 working days to your order. Bespoke leather colour commissions take 4 – 6 weeks. We will always confirm your exact timeline before beginning work. If you have an urgent date, contact our gift concierge and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.
Absolutely. Simply enter the recipient's address at checkout and check the 'This is a gift' option. Your invoice will be sent to you separately and will not be included in the package. The recipient will receive only the beautifully wrapped gift and your handwritten card.
Yes — we work with companies of all sizes on bespoke corporate programmes. This includes volume orders, custom monogramming, branded packaging, and dedicated account management. Please select 'Corporate' from the occasion selector above or contact our press office directly at press@luxorabag.com.
Standard items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Personalised and bespoke items are non-refundable unless faulty. Gift cards are non-refundable. If a gift arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will resolve it without question.
