Your order number was included in your confirmation email, in the format LB-XXXXXX. You can also find it in your account under "Order History" if you checked out with an account.

How long does delivery take? +

Orders within Morocco typically arrive within 2–4 business days. International orders take 5–10 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Bespoke and personalised items require additional crafting time before shipping.

My tracking hasn't updated — what should I do? +

Tracking can occasionally take 24–48 hours to reflect the latest scan, particularly over weekends. If your status hasn't changed in more than 3 business days, please reach out to our support team and we'll investigate immediately.

Can I change my delivery address after shipping? +

Once an order has shipped, address changes are not guaranteed but we will always try. Contact our support team immediately with your order number and we'll coordinate with our courier on your behalf.

Do I need to sign for my delivery? +
